3. Products & Availability

  • All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue items or update product specifications without prior notice.

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations in appearance may occur due to natural materials and handcrafting.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT (where required).

  • We accept the following payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, and other methods as indicated at checkout.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

  • Standard delivery times vary by destination, usually within 2–5 business days inside the EU.

  • Shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed at checkout.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the goods are delivered to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Customers have the right to return items within 14 days of delivery, provided the products are unused and in original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service before sending back any items.

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.

  • Personalized or custom-made products are excluded from returns unless defective.

7. Warranty & Guarantee

  • All JapanCrafts knives come with a 2-year warranty against defects in material or workmanship.

  • Normal wear, misuse, or improper care (e.g., dishwasher cleaning, improper sharpening) are not covered.

  • Additional guarantees (e.g., extended satisfaction guarantees) may apply as stated on individual product pages.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • JapanCrafts is not liable for damages caused by improper use of our products.

  • Knives are sharp tools and must be handled with care. Keep out of reach of children.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of JapanCrafts or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, or used without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
